Session packs are designed for people who’ve completed a trial session and want to keep building strength, fitness, and confidence. Every session is fully coached, scaled to your ability, and delivered in a supportive, no-ego environment.

Session Pack Terms

  • Session packs are valid for use during scheduled group sessions at Colac Sweat Shop.
  • 10-session packs are valid for 3 months from first session.
  • 30-session packs are valid for 6 months from first session.
  • Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in session forfeiture.
  • All sessions are fully coached and scaled to individual ability.
  • Participation is subject to completion of our liability waiver and medical screening.
